What we collect
When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your name and email address. When you save documents we store their contents (business, client, items, amounts) in your account. Drafts you don't save stay in your browser only.
How we use it
Only to provide BillHeron: to save and sync your documents, to generate PDFs and to manage your subscription. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it's stored
Your account data is stored with our database provider in the EU and kept until you delete your account.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database and sign-in), PowerSync (sync with the apps), RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Apple / Google (sign-in). They process data only on our behalf.
Your rights
You can access, export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes all your data from our servers.
